When someone embraces in conversation with you, do not seem disinterested, do not avoid eye contact, do not shun this opportunity…. You are no better, no greater, no higher above anyone.. I don’t care their race, religion, clothing, odor, appearance…. listen to their words, they may change your life… Even if all they have to say is your shoe is untied, in ten minutes you were about to cross the street and that bus can’t warn you after you’ve fallen.
Imagine the gifts you’ve turned away. Don’t just hear, listen.
