The human mind works mostly implementation with thoughts. It takes available ideas and puts them into play rather than make up new ones and dance on the spot. Its efficient or lazy but it is what it does. Worrying creates, embellishes, or encourages more shitty ideas for your brain to draw from. Its like an arsenal that you build over the day and use in immediate thoughts. Imagine that you create a duck, a broken truck, a new form of AIDS, and an evil wizard who hates everybody. Now you are given a puzzle to solve and these are your tools at hand. Comparatively, think if you had imagined the greatest form of your best friend, a new solution to cancer treatment, a tyrannosaurus rex who dances swing, and a hippie van. How would you charm your way into a castle ball with the first group versus the second?

Now, these are terrible and silly examples but the point stands the same. The tools you create are what you put to use in moments of challenge. The more we worry the more shitty tools we create for ourselves to use. The options of failure always exist, do not fall into the loathsome paradox of “Well I can’t ignore these bad things or they will bit me in the ass”, that’s not true, that’s fear and doubt wrenching bullshit out of a person using them as a puppet for their means.

The same exist with creating good options and acknowledging more productive means and existences around you. The more shitty things one thinks the less space and time there is to be aware of both reality and real treats the world might be able to bear. So create good thoughts instead of worrying and blessing shit ideas in your brain. It is a silly and simple tool, keeping it well prepared keeps you balanced and well aimed in life.
