There is an answer to the paradise question, and those questions exist but without answers. Or even if with, they stand without owners and action. So I want to pose a few questions and then change a heading. The idea behind all of this is that you don’t get to be anything without the emotional and mental state that go with it, so create that first instead of waiting for it to hit after you’ve worked your soul to its last ethereal bone, waiting for something it needs to create.

Who do you want to be?

How do you want to feel? Under pressure, in excitement, in trouble, when helping others, when finding out you’re guilty? You want to hold your color and you want to be great, right?

Where do you want to be?

How do you want people to see you? Can they come to you with their problems and how will they do that.

How do you want to move? Through life, through great times and troubled ones?

There is a common belief that we are inherently who we are. Intrinsically and nature above nurture. As close as this may be to truth, it is much more basic than a working being see’s it. It involves a relaxing into relying that we cannot change ourself nor do we make ourselves… but we do. Everyday a person wakes. Lets call her Emilia. When she wakes up, her premises on life kick her actions into gear and she continues believing them. She thinks she deserves to have a bowl of porridge that is burnt, she believes she is going to go to work and be liked by certain people and disliked by others. She will fuck the cute girl who works at the coffee shop because that girl is into her, she will not work out because she thinks its stupid and that she cant lose her love handles and believes everyone stares at her when she is in the gym. All of these normal actions are beset by believes of who she thinks she is, how she feels once she believes that and is reinforced by the environment the beliefs create. The real world is a hard place to live in because we must constantly be honest instead of jumping to assumption and preconceived notions. There is also WAY too much to think about so the human mind, Emilia, will rely on there beliefs.

“When you get rich and famous, then you will be happy”, Emilia says to herself in her actions and treatment of self. But that is just not how things work. A real change comes from when a person cannot be any other way and that sort of change is funded, fueled, and maintained by emotional and mental states one has accepted that they think they deserve. We made decisions about that and we can make new one’s whenever we want. Decide to feel the way you will when you reach your goals and then they will start happening naturally.
