Living in a materialistic, individualistic society run by consumerism dictates that we need more stuff which we don’t currently have. It precipitates neediness and fantasizing.
But the now is always perfect because it is more real than the past or future. Its what the past and future wishes, wants, desires most badly to be. Only fantasizing the now makes sense because the future we are sold, by ourselves or heartless advertisements, can ever really come to fruition in the now. And right here is where all the dead, lost, and working forces of nonexistence wish they were.
Look at each piece in the absence of comparison with anything but nothing. And only there should a real contrast be found. There can always be better, that’s how the concept of better fucking works; duh. This current moment exists which means that the whole Universe, all of existence has put you and it center stage for the limelight to shine bright and ring loud. Of course there could be better and this isn’t that great because relativity’s fucking relative so be some orphan rockstar rebel superhero of the imagination and rip the wires till this now and here is fully charged with your fullest attention to bloom. Each little piece is so beautiful because it is. That word, this current is more real than anything else. All of existence is waiting in a goddamn line to be what here is. It cannot pass by, you can though. We can miss this here and now. From the feelings in the tips of our toes to the wisdom in the back of our teeth we have not meaning just like the coral reefs but our hearts beat and we thrive this world from the highest mountain top and chilling most passionate of climax a tale can take. A wonder and a wild desire can falter and screw off but you have here and now. All the mysteries and needs that greats speak of, wrote already and that outdo you on too enormously a level and precision to comprehend are all elsewhere and wishing they had this mental clarity and gravity of what you have now and here, nothing compares with the love that is.
And only once we can love this now, will we be able to love the greatest of moments which dreams may be. So only then can they show up.
