You’re always looking for someone to be better than instead of looking with admiration. It’s a competitive system that has a need to be better or feel insecure. That view restricts enjoying and admiring the world when one always puts it somewhere on their hierarchy. You miss out and create roles for people instead of receiving and enjoying people. Once a cemented view of people has been created keeping you at the top then you do not want better and instantaneously shuffle people into that hierarchy. Dismissing their individuality, thus insulting both them and your own education and relationship with them. To see the people who touch your life as important is important because there are billions of people and these few are a piece of your life. Holding open space to allow new ideas and personas to enter is opening one’s self to better and bigger and more!

You resent those better than you so you blind yourself to them to avoid that pain. Such avoidance blinds one to seeing and learning of greater things. Because one is currently the best, one can’t LOSE THAT. So they restrict themselves from seeing better. In feeling the alpha, their lives become mundane. This resentment expands thorough one’s life as they see those with better and attack them in reflex. That reflex then makes them hate that which those better than they have and thusly they do not try and achieve it. A petty anger and restricting one.

Don’t let yourself grow. In hating those who could be better than you or only competing with them you create an outlook that does not want better; that is better than what you are or what you have and this is obviously and glaring stagnating. The greatest people in history have always sought out better. Explorers are always the highest skilled caliber people and even they are looking for better because they want to find better instead of resenting those who are better. Being stuck in best is the worst decision upon a primal alpha context one can have. Keep going up and finding those who are better.
