Heaven can be the worst drug imaginable. For if everything sucks now but I still work hard then it will all be PERFECT in the end. And if I question that at all, well then I am creating more reason to not go to heaven. Makes for a great slave population. Hard workers, not questioning horrible conditions, and setting no higher goals for themselves. When one looks at themselves, what does one see? Our definition is what begins the path we see and set in front of ourselves. To walk out with crappy look is synonymous with having a crappy outlook. The way we present ourselves is the way we see our path going. Ignoring such gives way to a disassociation with the moment and our lives.
To change what you present is not a fickle demonstration of cueing up and fitting in ,no, instead it is a demonstration of being here and now. Actualizing what you believe in can only happen there and then. Do not dismiss the grand power of the immediate. When we change our appearance, our walk, talk, and punch we initiate the story we want. Write back the story unraveling at our feet to aim back to the stars we want. Only by changing what we present can we change this. Big dreams and idea’s are important but only when the next step is planned and acted will those grandiose themes come into play.
Put on the outfit you believe in, not the one you “should” be wearing. To fully light up your passion you must be present and to be present you must take control of of what you present. This can be as simple as clothes and swagger or as complicated as spiritual affiliation. This is the greatest way to start the control of your dreams is to change your presentation. Sure, it can be a simple fake act. But we do become that which we pretend if we pretend long enough. Being present is the holiest tenant of anything, so to be so check what you are presenting. Check yourself to get yourself? Yeah!
