There is a way to make everything frightening, simple and easy. The first step is to isolate it down. Say it out loud, this is actually everything that I am frightened of. The scary things are not universal, they are subjective as is almost all experience. Second, realize that your predictions,expectations, and feelings of worry are fabrications of reality added on to literal reality. Without that addition, situations are extremely simple. One always has a choice of their emotions. Say that out loud and feel part of yourself cringe as you want to reject it. The possibility that you decide how you feel hurts you because why do you feel bad, ever? Emotions exist to inform us of circumstances’ success and acceptability. But then they linger and make us feel stuff because we let them, there’s not a reason to do that other than habit and cultural standard of doing so; that shit called drama.

Expectations not met cause irritation while problems one is dreading do not get solved by that dread. Letting go of the completely arbitrary goal we have set which is not being met gives us freedom of emotion. Since the world cannot be predicted in the entropy of existence with the plethora of factors in massive overshadowing of the size of the human brain. Letting ourselves escape the scenario and giant emotion attached that scares us allows us to gain self-control and the capacity to take on a situation. Do that, let go of the anger and worry attached to a situation holding you back.
