Ideas are great and easy to make up! Following through with them is where people falter from their grand schemes. To have a wonderful version of the world, persona you want to sculpt, life that you could create, one must practice and hammer home the values so they stick. New great ideas are different and different is hard to keep in order. So many times have I found myself wondering why I stride far from my perception of who and what I want to be after such precise research and thought has been put into designing and critiquing. The simple answer is regiment and habit.

People fall into habit and new ones take breaking old ones before we can even make new ones. This works with our emotions, our mentality, our physicality, our social behavior, our reaction to disaster and miracles, and our expectations or seeking game. Fully designing these new approaches is a first step. Allowing and staying resilient to believing in our ideas is the big gun in this battle but the final step and road to using these guns and great big plans is regimentation.

Make a schedule with numbers and measures that are open to change so to not hold you too far down but keep you on the path you need. The most simple way I can figure is to create the possible clashes and how you want to respond fitting to the new idea. After that keep mindfulness about situations you could express the new behavior and then tally it up. Thinking of new places and ways to express these mannerisms will bring them to fruition so apart from regimenting one must also have an arena to practice this.
