I want to share something my grandma said to me at a wedding this weekend; so now I am going to do so.
She asks me how Sean, my brother, is and I tell her that he’s stable but not completely able not aware. She said thank you and I asked why.
She said that she knows they’re trying to tell her nice things because they think she’s too old to be worried. She then told me that only hearing nice things in life isn’t really being alive and that just being old isn’t any good without that alive part.
She’s also told me the way that she has lived so long, 99 atm, is that she doesn’t stress on things. She makes a plan of action if one is available or she moves forward.
