Creating good thoughts is a simple and brilliant activity. We can have many bad thoughts if we are in a bad mood. Recognizing that these thoughts are being derived from a poor emotional or attitudinal state is a pinnacle of free will. Deciding if this mood is conducive to the thoughts and directions one wants to go begins exploring the proper cure and future. When one doesn’t know where or what they want to be thinking about, they will be aimless and have no success. To ask the questions,”what is good? What do i want to do? what makes me happy? what is important? how do I want to feel?” are the only ways to begin making thoughts that way. Some may happen situationally yet if one has a goal without aiming at that goal or examining it, then no success lays ahead. Ask for greatness and think about what qualifies for you as worthwhile and enjoyable.

Control your emotions or be controlled by them is the old adage. But when they are overpowering and relentless then what?! Well then reason with them. Look at them as measurements of things and if there are not things to fit the measurements, the widget’s fucking broke. Imagine emotions as switches and if a switch has no light to go on when it’s hit, but it keeps going and going then it really has no point. So stop pretending there is a light and visceralize the concept of it’s uselessness. Embrace the concept as a physical reality to appeal to the human brain and reflect the conceptual reality. Overpowering emotions find a person lost in them. These emotions are nebulous, harboring only sporadic thoughts and ideas. The chosen few are of no logical foundation to base them feels off of instead a couple random and non-sequential that are able to be spun fitting to the emotions aim. The vibe a person keeps within their mind acts as a hiring process for the winds to push a person. If that vibe has zero basis in reality and is painful, then fire it. Examine and question confusing and damaging emotions. We get to decide how we want to feel. Imagine what sort of person you want to be, how and why that person would feel the way they do, then start thinking the thoughts and doing the actions. Use the buddhist trick of imagining how it would feel to be that way, then remove the memory or imaginative state but keep the feeling.

The third step can be superfluous but a good reinforcement or kickstarter. How does your body feel? Are you low energy or high energy? Well, what has been done to it? Exercise, good food, sex, sun, and proper care make a body better. When the chemicals in one’s body flow well and with strength then so do thoughts and feelings. Thought and emotional control and much more important but what is being done to a body is extremely important. Be good to it so it can be good to you.
