As human beings we find ourselves needing ourselves to critique ourselves because only we truly understand ourselves. I wish that could have been more repetitive. One is actively aware of their own thought process and premises only to themselves until precise and excruciatingly explicit research is achieved from another. To hold our own perspective is to step outside ourselves and therefore no longer be ourselves or be a clone. But all the same we must learn from past selves to understand and create better or more fitting future selves.
Third person full view tells lies of first person boast. We cannot know ourselves because we are ourselves. In knowing one’s self one must step outside themselves so they are really observing who they were and who they are going to be. And that’s incredibly important, you’re not who you were whereas who you are going to be will soon be you. Always keep this truth in mind when creating guilt and blame for one’s actions rather to expand new action and freedom of emotion to step into those shoes. Which brings me to the next point of moving forward.
Deprecation done in the spirit of attacking one’s self cannot create a new method of functional excellent you. For critique to be highly productive it must be done with both honesty and in the spirit of a new good you. Otherwise it is not improve, just attacking. Throwing a tantrum at yourself is childish, out of control and nothing one wants.This by no means expresses to not attack yourself but if so, then attack the part you do not like and separate them from you so that the new spirit and ideals of a good you can take place. If you get rid of the bad pieces of you, there is place void needing of filling and if not held by something then old habits will return.
Picking at one’s self becomes habitual instead of fruitful because that is easier, less mindful and mind straining. Never forget that there is a point to one’s thoughts. When they become pointlessly damaging instead of revalating then scrap that. Its a broken function, you’re riding your bike with the handle bar duck taped to your face and your butt on the front tire. Stop that shit because its wrong. Keep the picking a mistake and use the deprecation against it. Continue critiquing one’s self with good in future site and irritation as a wrong. Stay on your side.
