The thoughts we have first create the thoughts next and next and so forth. But yet rarely do people make conscious effort to design their day and mindset, rather we rush and run to get back into order and routine; we must finish and produce for it is habit!! Oh goodness, how healthy a person is when they don’t do that. So I ask what kind of emotions, aims, values, ideas and summary influences do we eat for breakfast?

It all depends where we want to go, what we want to find and more elementary who we want to be. Tolstoy says that change cannot come as a design idea but as something that simply cannot be otherwise. So don’t bullshit ourselves with ideas of being something foreign and outside of ourselves. Paths are hardest to follow when nobody is watching where they’re going.

Summoning the memory and ambition of an emotion is a great step towards planning a self fit to take on the day and stay present and proud in a life. Its unrealistic to try and measure every situation with a DnD character sheet to to balance your stats and backstory, perhaps even planned finishing move and future story, with a present problem. But its quite easy to let yourself feel wonderful, excite at the ideas which inspire and create ambition, then release the worries and patterns holding you or that held you back. Create the you that you want and design how you want to feel. That is more important than everything about waking up except for waking up. Because its being who you want to wake.
