Expecting yourself.

For there to be an up there must be a down. So for there to be a success there must be a failure and knowledge of one is very clarifying to knowledge of the other. Unspoken laws are misunderstood laws and the strongest of all; it is fear not strength or purity. To expect one’s self to be perfect means one cannot have flaws or make mistakes. This is impossible if not only fluke. To chase after perfection without grasping failure in full thick grip and grime is ignorance not skill. For even if one does pull it off then they still don’t know the flip-side so they can’t be sure nor fully appreciate. To believe in one’s self one must not only confront the idea of failure but also be ok with failing. Only then is one a full person or a real person. To expect one’s self is fucking one’s self which is all masturbatory and quite boring to the real world that holds the trophies one chases. Swing and fail then swing again and succeed. Patience is knowledge that the world goes on instead of expecting a perfect moment without understanding what that moment is made of. Patience is required for achieving a true self, believe in yourself; do not expect one’s self.
