To create a new standard for success is not an unwieldy or arrogant move for a person but it can result in the deterrence of many social interactions. To push to be something different is not bad yet it guarantees social dissonance from people reacting to what they know and see instead of what that individual aims for; they can both be hindering to the desired progress. It is no selfish but it is definitely a larger need pond of explanation and prevalent communication as the progress and propulsion comes from one person and not the current environment(lest why would they need to make a change). The issues lay in dealing with one’s self as their standards clash with the social climate’s about that person.

Having a superior outlook or an elitist approach to life in order to gain more or create more can be quite beneficial to the individual but its stage opens a curtain on neglect and condescension. To have any successful relationship there much be empathy and compassion. Elitism does not exist without stepping on smaller ideas. Even it is an extremely favorable and joyous move it still steps atop many others. Certainty comes with this notion. Speaking without doubt is confidence and certainty but in groups it comes with the cost of being dismissive and hopeless for those not already on board. Such provocative language brings out either cheers or the solemn faces of defeated perhaps with defeated hearts that whisper. Empathy is essential for a relationship to function for one cannot get from point A to point Z without knowing which point A their friends and crew are at. To cure this one must first provide the grounds for their notions to shown full explanation and understanding. If they start with detached cocky announcement, their brethren find themselves with a public service announcement. Nobody has a conversation with the town crier, they just listen. No relationship exists here, said crier might as well be talking to a tree because they’re talking at a person not with.

Having extremely high standards to push one’s own limits is good but it holds back full communication as they progress themselves but usually lack explanation and equality with those close to them.
