The Keys to change need to glitter to work

The sound of irritation in a person’s voice that comes into play as they try to explain something they feel is already explained is one of cognitive dissonance within the conversation. But it must be one of joy for it is one of growth, of connecting. Becoming exasperated with misunderstanding is allowing seat for excitement and enthusiasm to be filled by boredom, laziness, condescension, and elitism. When we teach each other about the world or ourselves, it is an exciting moment. The more they do not understand, the deeper and more powerful a connection it will be so the deeper and more powerful can the enthusiasm be. Chose to grow and let joy be a catalyst or refuse to move and let anger mold.
