Is wanting a prize denying the enjoyment of creating or earning it? Is the prize itself a deterrence from enjoyment of one’s own happenstance? While these are both measurable degrees of enjoyment and active ignorance, they take on a different dynamic when the over all goal is examined in a masculine approach instead of a feminine approach of the process at hand. In the end, will one be more happy with the prize, the car or shirt or what have you? Or is the process of getting it a paradox of happiness where one wants to want something they do not have in order to avoid examining their own current treasures?
