There is no way to have someone spontaneously make you feel an emotion you never thought of. They can do combinations of old and others. What this means is the feelings you’re contemplating and believing in are the ones which you’re about to have. All what is inside of you is within your moderation and organization. To blame others for feeling bad is asinine.
So the simple suggestion is to project happy emotions and be open to the aims you want. This is not a contradiction to being aware of the terrible nor is it blindly hedonistic. Noticing the creation and preservation of hurtful and damaging emotions is even more key. The blindness human ego turns to its own evil is the root of all evil.

As one hates, they cement a thought strongly into memory and emotionally network it within the mind. The dealing with hate and sadness is not the same as addressing the issues which create them. Moving forward with those emotions on ship does not do good. Create the emotions one desires then aim the boat for the rescue mission. Pain and fear are incredibly power motivators for humans. That’s what being brave is and why it’s a big deal. Bring hate with you primes the perception and mind to notice more of its kind. Think bigger and think free.

We are what we create and we are what we seek. Controlling our thoughts creates our best self. To seek fixing pain sounds noble but as a habit can be an obsession in that which we do not desire. There is also only so much time and space to invest our thoughts into being. The cling to fear and hatred blooms the same later. Giving into the fear of what if is the easy way. Seeing it’s faults, antithesis, places for improvement and using those is what makes a sacred man into a smart and brave one. Always and only address fear as a small mark to improve on, longer lingering creates quicksand that gets everywhere. Be valiant in your thoughts.
