Certain homeless shelters in Orange County can add workshops that focus on well-being to the list of services provided, thanks to one Cal State Fullerton professor.

Stop living your life in “should”. You “should” have a 9-5 job, or you “should” already be married with kids. Let go of “should” and focus on the reality . . .

We are only partially a product of our environment, but never forget that it is us who chooses to be who we are. Never forget the strength . . .
